Default Raw Fish?

I wanted to ask those of you who feed raw, what kind of raw fish you feed your kids. Or what is the best kind of fish to feed.

I just placed and order with my pet carnivore. I ordered seven 2 lb containers. I got whole ground beef, goat, mutton, lamb, rabbit, alpaca, and pork. With feeding both of mine 4 oz a day this should last me a month and they will get a good varitey. But I would also like to try fish, just not sure which kinds of fish would be the best.

Get oily fish for the omega 3's. Sardines, anchovies, smelt, salmon (not the pacific NW as it contains a parasite that is harmful to dogs.) Brody HATES fish, so I don't make him eat it. He loves fish oil though, go figure.

Edie's favourite ever food is prawns (shrimps, in America!), I think she likes the rubbery chewiness, and the lack of bones (she's teething). She also liked mackerel, which is cheap and you can feed whole fish at a time.

I think mercury poisoning might be something to look out for. The rule with mercury is that the higher the fish is up the food chain and the longer it lives, the more mercury it has in its body. So avoid big predatory fish if you can (most species of tuna, swordfish, halibut, king mackerel etc).
