Only For A Morning

I mainly use Photoshop Elements9.... but dabble in PaintShopPro and Photoshop CS5....but mostly the Elements9........ I have hundreds of digital scrapkits, tubes, posers.... to pick from...... I also grab a tutorial to learn something new.... that is where the Rain one came from....I found a tutorial to create Rain....and used a scrapkit I have....
