im taking a tutorial so i can eventually make my own siggy n 4 others but for now im lost.i have 2 pics of 'polar bear' aka bear below.could someone help me make a purple siggy w him in it.ive tried figuring it out n i dont kno what im doing-HELP!!!! thanx i would,of course,pay 4 materials n time

In the mean time, if you want a really simple one, I use picnik.com.

There are some free decorated collages and I do the basic ones as you see in my siggy. Good enough until you get a pro to do one for you and it is free.
