So you say you have Photobucket right, in that case upload the siggy you made
to Photobucket, click on "edit media". Once you are in the editing section, click
on "adjustment", then click on "resize". Then look where it says "width" and
"height", you can erase the current numbers in those boxes and put in your own,
for example type 400 into width and the height will adjust on it's own accordingly.
Finally click "apply", then click on "save as copy", and use that new link in your
Chi people profile siggy area.

Let me know if this doesn't help you enough.
