Why all the sudden are there ads for Google and such under the first post in a thread? That's pretty annoying if I do say so.

hmmmmmmmmmm.... I wonder if whatever is generating ads is what caused MSBOOTS and I to be blocked out temporarily.

I dunno, but it's advertising "teacup Chihuahuas" So I don't think it was an invited advert.

Im afraid the ads are a necessary evil, without them Id have to either shut the forum down or charge for membership.
They are also unforutunately randomly generated, so I have to stress that we don't actualy endorse any of the companies advertised, I think thats a sticky somewhere.

Oh. Hmm. That sucks. Why did they just recently start to appear below the first post on a thread? They used to be at the top of the page where you could easily forget about them.

Oh, eyah I just saw that sticky.. The only reason I was asking really want because they moved.. I just get really mad at myself when I accidentally hit my mouse and it clicks on an ad. I guess that's what I'm afraid of happening with them in their new spot. Besides, I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't like where they sit now.. lol

That is annoying that they are in that spot now.

They probably figure that more people will see them that way.

Yes I agree I prefer them on the top, but since we bought the new forum template, we couldnt figure out how to put the ads back on, and now we cant figure out how to to put them back on the top, *scratches head*
