This is probably a dumb question but if I replied to a PM and the reply is in my outbox but not the sent box I assume it did not get sent ?

I think it stays in your sent box until the other person reads it.... I'm not 100% sure though!

I thought it stayed in your outbox until it had been read by the other person and then went into your sentbox when they had read it

YES YOUR RIGHT! and I also found out if you delete the outbox the person never gets it

No I said it wrong sorry, it goes to the OUTBOX when read it goes to the sent box....but if you delete the outbox then they never get it. Thats what I get for posting first thing in the AM sorry
