Now that you mention it we did use to have one, v-bulletin doesnt seem to have the feature to make one, but i can do a google search to see if its an option. Just a note though, chat would have to be unmoderated, as wed need a mod on 24/7 then.

If you find the option for one, maybe it can be password protected and only those from Chi-peop's could know it? Not sure if that's an option.
