Everytime I go into a new thread I have to refresh before I can see the recent posts. Then if I go back to the homepage I have to refresh to see any new threads or posts that are listed. Am I doing something wrong, it's really strange!!

No, I don't think you are doing anything wrong. The forum has just been a bit slow lately.

Oh i'm such a donk - I just worked out what it was!

I didn't have my browser set to check for new pages - ever!

I'm so happy i've fixed it - it would take me sooooooooooo long to get round this site! Now i'll have more time to enjoy reading and posting instead of refreshing every 5 seconds!!
