Seems like the mods arent on very often. I think they need to make more mods...atleast one or two more wouldnt hurt.

Every new posts by a new member is moderated by the mods, if we didnt have any the forum would be full of spammers. I don't actualy require the mods to be on constantly as they are giving up their time for free, usually the mods are needed the most when there is alot of trouble on the fourm between members, but its been quiet considering how busy we are lately. We have actualy gone from 100 to 500+ posts a day so it could be we might need to look at taking someone else on, but its not an easy job and Its hard to remain impartial when your on the forum all the time,
as you tend to get a bit like this lol

Oh I bet its hard, since sometimes you have to get in the middle of fights. Plus you have to watch when threads go sour or way off topic and sour.

I guess it isnt easy being the neutral party but sadly it has to be done, for chi-ppl. But I think there should be one more mod. Someone that is on all the time. to help out and keep an eye on threads.

unfortunatly i doubt anyone could be on here all the time - i am on here every morning and every evening i know the other moderators spend a large amount of their time here too
