It's possible to get different "skins" for the look of the site. This is something I can investigate. As for the logo, in order for it to be changed, it would require someone to design something REALLY really nice. The last thing I want to do is say to someone, "um, this doesn't look good enough. Sorry." I don't know if I want to go there.

That's a good idea. I think for Christmas, it might be too late to do that though.
