Did you upload the picture on photobucket? If so, click on the picture to make it big and at the top is the resize button. Click the button to make it avitor size, 100 x 75, then it can be uploaded here. Once it's avitor size, you can't make it big again on photobucket, so if you want one normal sized picture on photobucket, upload the picture twice and make one avitor size.
