well, the rules say you have to have 75 posts before you can ask someone else to make one for you
you can make your own. if you save a photo to photobucket, you can add some cute embellishments and so on.

Yep you definitely are allowed to make your own...I guess you just are not allowed to ask for one to be made until after you have 75 posts
