I use Ziwipeak broken up into tiny pieces for training treats. It is totally compatible with a raw diet, mine never get diarrhoea from it, and they love it. Mine are very food motivated so they like anything though lol. I find the ZiwiPeak the most convenient treat for training when out and about. We tried the Orijen freeze dried treats, they loved them, but they were very crumbly if not fed whole. We also use dried sprats, they break up nicely.
If you already have a dehydrator, then you can make dried treats out of whatever you would normally feed.
As for the diarrhoea, go back to basics for now. No eggs, organs, yoghurt, grain based treats. Stick with one protein until they are firm, then re-introduce everything very gradually. I would avoid the grain based treats entirely though, Chis are so tiny that they can really cause an adverse reaction, so just not worth it IMO.
