I have wanted to bring Dorothy to the office with us for ages. Hubby is against it. He thinks she will be too distracting. But I also know he loves her bunches.
Well, we are building a new house and our current home is about to go on the market. Of course that means I can't leave Dorothy at home in case someone comes to view the house. Hubby says we will have no choice but to bring her to the office.
He's a man and well, you know how they sometimes are....don't want to admit to softly "loving" a dog. But I KNOW he does. And I also know HIM and once Dorothy's been at the office for a few weeks it will become a regular thing.
So, by sometimes next week or the week after Dorothy will be a permanent resident at the office.
That means after the house is sold I will likely still bring her most mornings so she isn't at home alone so much. Right now she spends about 13.5 hours alone each week. Bringing her to the office will cut that down to about 6 hours a week.
I'm soooo excited about this! Our patients have been telling us forever that Dorothy needs
to be here!
