Default what did you do today?

We here in Illinois have had some GREAT weather for February. 65 degrees. Tomorrow the same! Sun was out. Dogs laid around sunning themselves, moving where ever the sun moved! My Zarita likes this weather and doesn't limp quite as badly. We are still experimenting with her pain medicine. This last stuff was way too bitter. I called my vet for a pill??

Hope you all enjoyed the weather. I feel so badly about the California people with the flooding and mud slides. From drought to floods!

We also had some excellent weather in Pennsylvania, too! It was 62 degrees when I was taking Cuddles to the park at 3 PM today. We actually didn't have any coats on or anything! Cuddles had tons of fun, but then we took her for her heartworm test. She didn't enjoy that at all.
Here's a picture of Cuddles waiting for her heartworm test:

What a bummer after having all that fun. Hopefully it was over before she knew what 'stuck' her!!!

Yes, it has been raining & windy here in Northern Calif. Cappy will now walk in the rain, but without the same joie de vivre as when the sun is out. I dry him out with towel when we get home & figure it's almost like a bath.
I am not in area which is in the news, but I do watch all the trees around my house with some trepidation, cos we have had a LOT of trees falling, just toppling over, no warning & fast.

It got over 70 here in Connecticut today! Gobo finally got outside after months of being an indoor-only dog. He loved it!

Cuddles and I are definitely staying in tonight! We've been having bad thunderstorms and flash flooding all over. There were some tornadoes somewhat near us, too, and tornadoes are a pretty rare occurrence around here. It looks like the worst is over, but apparently there is still flooding.
I'm just glad Cuddles isn't afraid of thunderstorms like our other dog is.
