Default Mini ball launchers for chihuahuas?

Has anyone ever found one of those ball launchers in a mini format suitable for chihuahuas?

All the ones I've found so far always use normal size tennis balls that are too big for my chis tiny mouths. Even the ones labelled 'small' are basically just a shorter stick, nothing to do with the size of the ball. Does a tiny dog version exist out there? For tiny balls like Kong balls, for example?

My dogs love playing fetch and it's a great way to exercise them outside, but in the winter (especially) it gets really wet and gross and muddy so it would be nice to use one of those.

I honestly don't know I've never used one and Jr really is the only one that plays and is just fine with a normal size ball.
Maybe companies should look into making smaller launchers.

Could you e-mail the manufacturer and ask if they make a small ball launcher? Or know of someone that does?

Ahh that's lucky, my chis constantly try and fail to pick up normal size balls. I bought a normal ball launcher and got them a spongy-ish ball that they can dig their teeth into to make it easier, but they still struggle.

I think they would probably advertise it if they did, but it's a good idea. I could email companies to suggest the idea to them too.

A pro to having a "mix"
Awww my other 2 can't even put a ball in their mouth either (small mouth) but their not even interested. I throw it and the oldest one just watches and Jr runs after it and she comes to me to get snuggles. Which is cute but it's a bit hard when one dog loves to play fetch (actually brings back the ball) and the other is like "no no human I needs affection right this moment" lol

LOL I know what you mean, although it's super cute! Lilo loves playing fetch (both of them do), but she's a bit like that sometimes too. The worst is she often brings me a toy and begs me to play forever, scratching my leg non-stop, but then as soon as I throw the toy she just looks at me and whines... then get on my lap to snuggle.
