Well since Sat Rocky has been having slightly soft poops with fishy smelling mucus in them, I have been feeding him chicken/rice/scrambled egg to see if it will settle it but it is still the same tonight.

He has gone 8 times this evening, tiny amounts of poo and then only clear fishy liquid coming from his bum.

Then he started scooting his bum on the carpet. He hasn't done a 'normal' sized poo since Sat now.

Do you think its his anal glands and I should take him to the vet tomorrow?

I might be wrong but scooting the bum is a sign of worms I think. If there is a strong fish smell then it's quite possible to be the anal glands. I only say this because our pug expresses her anal glands at the wrong times and it smell awfull (like rotten fish) We had the vet check her out and he said she was fine.
Some might say they could be blocked or infected (the anal glands)

I don't know for sure. I'm sure someone will adise you better

Sounds like gastrointestinal upset of some kind. Mucus in their stool can be from infection, parasites, or stress. Scooting his bum can be from the irritation of the loose stool. They are known to scoot their bum when they have parasites also. I would fast him for 12/24 hours and introduce his regular food very slowly after that. :) Some plain yogurt added to his food will help too. If that doesn't clear it up, you can take a stool sample to your vet to rule out other causes. Get better very soon Rocky. Kisses & Hugs sweet boy!

Yes the fishy smell is defo anal glands and the scooting. Benny used to need doing a lot and he used to scoot and it was fishy.

I would certainly get them emptied. Also, the home made biscuits I've been baking for my two have made their poos really nice and clean and solid. You may wanna try that to get his poo back on track afterwards. They are so easy to do. I honestly can't believe the change in their poo. I suppose it's the wholmeal flour and all the oats in them.

Yeah poor wee guy thing is he is playing as normal, every so often he seems to get a bout of diahorrea and NOTHING has changed so I dunno the cause of it. Plus my OH is away at the moment and they last time it happened he was away as well, having to clean up poopies by myself :(
Hopefully the antibiotics will work quicky and we will have solid poo!
