Default Puppia harness advice please! :)

OK so as some of you know I have been looking for a collar for Milo but as always got a little side tracked and ordered a Puppia harness!
Its fab and i love the colours its the rainbow blue one!
Anyways I measure Milo and ordered the small but its huge!
I have posted to ask about his weight and if hes going to get bigger then i will keep it but Im embaressed taking him out in a ferrat harness!
Any advice or help will gratefully received!

He'll fill out quite a bit.. you really need to measure him.. you can get smaller ones by different companies but measurements are all different.. There are loads of threads on puppias here haha.. I don't like the over the head ones i felt like i was gonna rip Daisy's ears off.. She walks out of a small too so i made her one! She was in a cat harness originally!!

Rogz also do them the XS will fit him fine.

She finds the rogz one a little itchy though.. im gonna try and soften it up.. and it doesn't stay on that well slips a bit when she's running around the park like she's on drugs!!

Not underweight but the move from living with about 15 other chihuahuas to us with just him took him a couple of days to settle in, I even took him to the vets as I was worried but was relieved that he was healthy weight and was assured he wasnt going to die if he didnt eat as well as his breeder said he did!
Funny how Ive looked after other peoples dogs(regularly doing holiday sitting!) but bringing my baby home has been so stressful! I think because Hes mine and so small!

I've been really lucky she had no problems settling in other than the normal runny tummy..

He'll get there you've not had him long and he's got to get to know that you're his mummy forever now!

I actually found buying harnesses stressful.. we seem to have so much less that the US here so i got so fed up searching i decided it was easier to make one.

Is he neutered? If/When you get him done they can put on weight then so he may round out a bit.. I prefer them to be a little more robust.. i was so scared when she was a baby that she'd get killed playing

Im finding buying him anything stressful!
Im hoping he knows that he is my little prince and that I wont ever leave him, I think the fact that he will ignore everyone else if Im looking at him says alot!
Harnesses are more confusing than collars I thought! I thought id get it right but no way! Its a step in one which i wondered if that would be better?! Clever you for Making one! I like shabby chic kinda stuff....if i had a girl it would be easier!
Hes not neutered and thats another area that I havnt even discussed yet!
