Default Bailey is going to the vets tomorrow

He's going to be fixed. I have been dreading him having to have it done and tomorrow I just know I am going to be worried sick until I know he is all ok. I think I am more worried about leaving him there with strangers cos he's so nervous around people he doesn't know. I can't wait til I get him home. I am going to buy him a lovely big soft cushion tomorrow for when he comes home again. I can't wait til tomorrow is over

Joy x

Aww, you have a Bailey too! When I first read the subject I was thinking "no she's not!" LOL, my Bailey's getting spayed on 6-1 so I know what you mean about being nervous, but he'll be back and fine before you know it

Joy I know just what your going through, I was in bits and when I left Jake at the vets I came out bawling my eyes.

I was worried about the operation and the risks especially after signing a consent form. The hardest part was being away from Jake all day and night and worrying about him being all alone at the vets.

However he coped fine and everything went well and I even found out that the nurses and vets all made a huge fuss of him

I know nothing will stop you worrying but hang in there, he will soon be back home

I know how you are feeling too, i was a bit of a wreck just last Fiday when my Darla went in for her spay.
But she was fine and is doing great as am sure your baby will be too.
You will worry regardless though, it's a long day waiting, that's the tough part.

Hang in there, will be thinking of you and Bailey tomorrow.
Let us know how he is too. xxxx

Well I dropped Bailey off this morning for his op, he was barking at all the other dogs lol until the nurse carried him out around the back and he stopped and went silent. He won't know who anyone is, I hope he is ok. They are calling at lunchtime to let us know how it went and we have an appointment at 3pm to pick him up, I can't wait. I have just bought him a lovely big soft doggie cushion cos he usually nicks my cushion to lie on, on the sofa.

Will let you know later how it goes.

Joy xx
