Default Revamping Website ...

So I haven't touched my website in months. I need to finish the parts that aren't done and I know that there are definitely more things that I can add to it (but when I set it up I was basically just putting up the framework).

So this is our website as it stands right now.

I was wondering if you guys could take a peek and see if you could think of any neat ideas that I could add to it.

I have been kicking around the idea of adding a genetics section explaining color etc.

I have also been thinking about throwing in some sections to cover the most commonly asked questions we get here in the forum etc.

I know I have a lot of pages that aren't done yet or need to be updated but if I am going to be working on it, I might as well see if others think there are things that should be added in too!

I love your website. I wish there were more pictures of course, lol. Specially when you click previous litters. I love the stories but pictures to go with would be even better.

I know alot of folks are always asking about chihuahua colors and there are very few websites that show pictures of the various chi colors. Not sure if you want to add that to your website.

We were talking about contracts in your other post. I think one of my favorite lines in the contract I signed was about rehoming. It stated that if at any time I wanted to rehome my tzu, I HAD to offer him back to the breeder and "the right of first refusal cannot be waived." I loved knowing that if something were to happen to me, he could go back to the loving home he came from. LOL, your adoption process page made me think of that.

I can't wait to see your website once it's complete!!

Thanks, I worked really hard on it when I started then got too busy.

I definitely will be adding more photos. Each puppy is going to have their own "profile page" where updated information and photos will be posted etc. I just haven't gotten there yet haha I will also have the Photo Albums page too!!

Our contracts on the website are outdated (I need to put up our new ones). I really like the first right of refusal cannot be waived (might have to add that one haha).

I think that the coat color page would be interesting for general information, I also am thinking about a homeopathic type page for things like skin conditions etc.

I am debating about a guestbook ... I wonder if I can get one that is spam-proof? That is my main concern.

I did a little maintenance on the site. Took down the outdated contracts, put Foster's photo on his tribute page, revamped the pack page as re-homed rescues were still there.

Now it is getting to the nitty gritty part of actually doing work haha I am such a slacker!!

Hi, it's always interesting looking at other people's websites . Let me just add my suggestions.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you missed out on the most important information a breeder can provide. I couldn't see any details of your dog's past, which breeding lines they come from, their detailed pedigrees and the details of any relevant tests (medical background) they went through.
Another important information is more details about every breeding/litter. Why you chose that particular stud, how he will complement the bitch and what you are trying to achieve by breeding them.

Hope that helps!
