Default Bonnie again

Hi all. Many of you know that my chi, Bonnie, is a dog with many health issues. They include having no lower 'fangs'. Both are impacted. Not bothering her. Smashed in nose, with a fairly significant over bite which makes it difficult to eat, snores when she sleeps, and the reason I'm writing yet again is that she refuses to eat nor drink for a day. The longest she has gone without these episodes is 31 days. The shortest is 3-4 days. She has just had one yesterday. She has been to the vet and had a blood test that turned out OK. Physical exam is normal. Vet is stumped by these episodes, and not very concerned; as everything is 'normal'. The worse symptom is soft stools sometimes. Maybe once in 4 episodes. Sample turned out negative.

I wonder if this could be allergies? maybe she builds up to a certain level, and then has an episode? She looks so sad, and just lies curled up in a ball. She does not want to be held (usual for her) or comforted. Should I just give up on finding the cause? She is always her little self the next day, running around when I let her out of her pen in the am. Thanks for listening!

I wasn't aware Bonnie had all those issues. I knew she would have loose stools and sometimes her not wanting to eat but that's about it.
I want to say if the vet isn't 'concerned' and you know it's her 'normal' then maybe she is 'okay'?
Her 'episodes' are when she stops eating and has loose stool? But why does she have that? I'm a bit lost. Is she on long term medicine that can possibly be linked to it.
Also if her worst symptom is loose stools (I don't want to sound harsh) it's not that bad especially if she acts like her normal self the next day.
Does she also start eating the next? I wonder if she can possibly get "bored" of the food. Which wouldn't explain the loose stools it's probably just because her 'episodes' cause her to feel sick. I think Bonnie was the one you said the vet gave something for nausea or that the dog acted like she was nauseous..?
How is she this morning?

Ari, Bonnie doesn't have loose stools with every episode. Only the occasional time. She is not on any medication. The vet gave her some diarrhea medication, but I don't give it to her, 'cause she really just has a loose stool, and only one at that. The next day she is her usual self. Eats and runs around like normal. She usually eats in the late afternoon. I feed around 9 am, and she usually eats by 7-8pm that same day. Then she is fine. This time, her urine was really concentrated as she doesn't drink either. I think I am going to try some probiotics. Thanks for replying

Oh okay. I've always considered probiotics for my dogs just to add to their bowls but I've never bought any as they are okay and have no issues. Although they do get yogurt.
Jojo for a while had loose stools with normal stool. And I don't know why because I didn't change anything like food. But it sorta just solved itself. But I did give yogurt and pumpkin during that time.
