Default Pics of the beach!! Although the trip didnt end so well...

Pics of the Beach!! We had fun, the trip got a little sour after coming home today from fishing and seeing the furniture in the cottage chewed beyond belief. 300 year old furniture chewed at the base..... You could have a peak in the last picture.. Don't know how I'm going to face the owner and let her know, since I told her my dogs were trained.. Staying an extra day to see how my husband can try to repair the damage. As you can see in the pic its pretty bad... Although I love my babies maybe vacations should be separated this may cost me a pretty penny to say the least. Pretty disappointed..

I am so sorry that happened. It might be a good idea to gate them into a small area like a bathroom or keep them in a crate when they are in unfamiliar places. Hope you find a fix that isn't too costly.

Wow, that's a lot of damage. I would never leave dogs loose in an unfamiliar house though. If you would have crated them, you could have saved yourself a lot of worry, stress, and $$$!

I'm sorry that happened. I hope it didn't completely spoil the experience.

Did you leave the Bulldog back at the cottage, is that who chewed the furniture?

You guys are right I should have crated them!! I didnt have a cage and the play pen I have is big, I should have brought it. The bulldog is a sweet heart, she barely moves because she has lots of medical problems. It was the Bentley and Nina, I walked in and theres wood pieces all over the floor. I felt so bad and then my husband walks to the kitchen and the wooden cabinets have been a little chewed too. Yesturday I was cleaning up so I put the toys in the basket and forgot to put them back on the floor. I guess they got bored because we took a little longer than usual. I was just hurt because I had to do so many extra things to bring them, look after them, clean up after them and I felt like it bit me in the butt. Lesson learned

I'm sorry to hear about the chewed furniture. :/ Don't beat yourself up. Things happen. You'll know for the next time. The pics are super cute! Hopefully you guys had a nice time outside of the furniture oops. xxx
