our vet gave the girls some cookies for Halloween along with the recipe..they loved them so I made a batch tonight...looks like they still like them

Those cookies look delicious! If they were left out at my house, no doubt they would be eaten by humans...

1/2 cups water, 1/4 cup veg oil, 1/4 cups applesauce, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter.....mix together

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour, 3/4 cups regular flour, 1 cup cornmeal, 3/4 cups oatmeal....mix.....add the wet ingredients...roll into a ball and place on a floured surface..roll out dough until its 1/2 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes..place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake for 20 minutes in a 400 F oven. Turn oven off and leave cookies in the oven for 1 hour to harden.
