Thanks everyone! Yes these pics are recent! The first pic was taken yesterday while I was letting her relax without the air collar on my lap today for a little neck scratching LOL.
She is doing really well ! I highly recommend this collar for any little chi going for a spay or neuter. The come that the vets give are just too big for them.
The first day she was soo soo sad and out of it. Couldn't even cry, she was sort of just growling-humming. I could cry! She didn't eat when we first got home but about 3 hours later she ate plain chicken and same the next morning. Vet gave metacam for me to administer 1 ml every night and also told me she was given a 72 hour pain medicine during the spay.
Last night she started to play and this morning did a few running laps around the apt!
I waited til she was this old to spay in hopes she would grow just a bit more as she is so tiny but no luck lol. She's been 2.7 lbs since she was about 7 months!
She did go through heat once.
I just love get to death her color is blue with tan eyebrows and cheeks (like makeup) and a white belly .
She is very picky. With foods, other people, (except bf and close friends who she loves) and other animals. She likes being outdoors but living in NJ I only take her out if it's nice out , other times she goes on wee wee pad. She spooks pretty easy for example her wee wee pads were on a holder tray and somehow it slid when she jumped on it once, she then refused to go anywhere near it so now I'm just doubling wee wee pads (to protect the floor)
Nice to meet everyone!!!!
I'll post a pic of the spay below. It was laser so no incisions. With the air collar, she can eat and drink freely
