Oh yea, I forgot to say that you can add a little lemon juice when you take them out of the oven if you want. I usually forget to do it unless I have the juice sitting on the counter where I can see it. It is really good!! Never have any left overs and I make a cookie-sheet full.

This recipe works with virtually any kind of veggie. I use asparagus a lot and we love broccoli.
