Default Millie update :) and questions!

So Millie is now 18 weeks old and is doing excellent. She is behaving great and is loving our walks. Just had a few questions....
How long did it take to fully potty train your chi?
As Millie is great sometimes she walks to the back door and warns me although on the odd occasion she starts to wee on the hard floor in the kitchen. I don't know whether to put a puppy pad down there just incase or wether that will confuse her?

Also when training your chi to come back on walks did you use treats or a toy?
...Millie so far has always walked right by my side and hasn't ran more than a couple of feet in front of me but just incase I would like to know she would run back straight away from any distance so just wanted some tips on that..

Also I bought Millie a harness and collar to wear on walks but I take the harness off when I take the lead off I just leave the collar on as it includes all her details..
Is this the right thing to do?

Millie also got her microchip a little while back she was so brave!
Here's some snaps

I don't leave anything on my chi's in the house. The tag could catch on stuff, and unless the collar is a break-away she could get injured or worse. JMO!

Aww how beautiful is millie! stunning colour, pablo would love her.
Pablo is 8 months toilet training is going well he's learning to hold his bladder for when we are out or he sits at the back door, but i'd put a pad at your door just incase thats what we have done ! And I'm too paranoid to let pablo off the lead he is way to small and there is always a worry if an aggressive dog came out of nowhere one bite and he's a goner. Though he does have a huge extending lead but hey maybe when he's older ill let him off I do trust him he loves other doggies but just always in the back of my head.

Yeah I think I will put a pad down just incase it's very rare if she does go on the wood floor, although she is only 5 months
and I'm the same i have just been taking her onto the gardens behind my house for training her on the lead and off. She has to stay on the lead if we go onto the fields or walking tracks, think I may get a extending lead actually!
What a fabulous name, pablo love it!
Would love to see some snaps?
