Default Midgie with her deer hoof....

My little girl baby feeling better getting over a severe skin infection from her allergies. She carries this deer hoof around all the time, but has no intention of chewing on it. She's had it for years. I put it away a while ago because she would get really nasty when me twins would be around thinking they would take her hoof. She's so funny.

Hooves are really HARD. Our sheltie broke a tooth on one, so we don't give them any more. If she just carries it around, fine!

It's funny how they get like that with certain, usually totally random, things. Cute photo though

Awww how cute. That's so funny, my dogs love carrying their favourite toys around too, but a deer hoof is such a quirky choice.

Oh no, they're not cleared up. It's still an every day battle, but every now-and-then there's an up which was the Apoquel until she developed a skin infection from her scratching. She's on antibiotics now and the vet wanted me to keep her on Apoquel, but something tells me to wait on it. When I think I've got her allergies under control, she proves me wrong. Lol

She never has like to chew anything other than raw steak bones which I'm too nervous to give. She has a broken tooth in the front which may be another reason although, like I said, she really never was a chewer.
