My pups ears started to go up when they were around 4 months, I want to say. Let me check with the SO and get back to you.

By the way, VERY VERY SWEET!

Awww she is so adorable. They can stand up any time from birth to about 8 months. ItZy got full control at about 12 weeks.
She was one up one down for awhile. Now when she's sleepy or just waking in the morning they are both down until she stretches.
They also go down sometimes temporairly on some Chi's if they are teething.
