Default Helping with the yard work

We did some yardwork today. As always, the gang wants to help
I was cutting up some paneling I'd took down from the living room.
The previous owner had paneled one wall ( not personally a fan of panelling).

When I was nearly done, Joie decided he could be of some help (first picture).
Mateo wasn't in a working mood

Ahhhh....work doesn't seem so bad to me !

Lola started helping by stalking the rake for Mom.

Lola decided it would be more helpful to chew the fingers off mom's glove.

Maybe it would better if I just unraveled this roll of string for ya !

This is where the string started out, before Lola decided to help

What ! Mom ! You're telling ME to STAY ? ? ?

A moment of Zen in the garden.

Enough Zen....I smell SQUIRREL !

Lola is such a special helper. Great pics, as always. I wish our back yard was fenced in. Too much land but I'd just love it. Stella is so sweet!

Thanks.
I'm sure I'll have it finished by the time winter comes

There is a long stretch where the grass is dead.
I think it's because I took the snow blower out everytime it snowed this winter, and carved out a path for the dogs to get out and move around and do there business.

How else is a 5" tall dog gonna survive a 2 foot snow fall ?
