Its fully grown and tiny lol Does anyone know if it looks full chi to you?I've been lookn for one that looks like that and I saw a chi cross pincher and it looked exactly like that and even stated it was tinyer than the sellers Chi! So got me thinkin thats what that dog might be hmm
