Default Miserable Show Dogs??

After today's thread commenting how exhibitors force their dogs to show I thought I would show you all a couple of videos from the shows this past summer in the UK.

The first is my friends bitch who was 6.5 months at the time

She looks miserable don't you think??

The second is one of my girls... Looks miserable too don't you think??

Both these girls are crufts qualified they
Prob spend 2% of their time in the ring the rest of the time they are being pets.

Anyone who doesn't know if a chi is scared it tucks it's tail under.. If it's happy and confident it's tail is up like Pandora and Lotus' if they hated it they wouldn't do it. It's not cruel I've never ever seen a miserable dog at shows they are so happy from seeing their friends and the yummy treats they get the fuss from the judges and other exhibitors.

Lotus and Sarah? And "Lulu", I don't remember the blonde girl's name...

But, Oh my! It's been TOO long since I've seen those adorable pups! (And their equally pretty owners!)

Thanks for posting. Good memories, and those little show pups look like they are having such a time!

Gosh, such abused and miserable dogs you have there!! Can't believe you FORCE them to prance around that ring with their tails proudly high and clearly "not" enjoying every moment of it. Shame on you!

They don't look 'forced' or miserable to me,...actually they look a lot happier than most people's cherished pets soooooo....
