Smile ~Go for a walk, it's good for the soul~

I am very easy going, I do not need much to thrive. Possessions don't dictate my
happiness. I appreciate the small things, the free things. As corny as it sounds,
I get high on life. Nature, sunshine, fresh air, these are the things I value. I do
not know where I would be mentally without our frequent walks. No matter how
much obstacles and stress life throws my way, I take my dogs out for a walk
and all my troubles melt away. This is the best way to clear your head, the best
way to bond with your dog, and the easiest way to exercise in my opinion. I
took it for granted before I got ill, and wish I didn't, I know the value of nature
now and even though every single step hurts, I push through my disease and
walk 4 times per day, every day, with my faithful pups by my side. I encourage
you all to walk more frequently, it is so so good for your body and your mind.

Here are some sweet, happy doggie pics from one of our walks today.

It was a beautiful, sunny day.

Clear skies. (Can you see my little pumpkin running to me?)

I'm coming mama!

Ma, you make me run a lot, I'm tired...

But oh so happy!

Gotta love that fresh breeze.

Superdog

Of course I must sneak in at least two pictures of my precious boys...

Handsome Rocky...too much sun, can't open his eyes, lol.

Sexy Benji's looking good. (he knows he's a hunk, he is also our "good son")

Hahaha I always love the Chanel "smiling" pics! This might sound weird, but it reminds me of the muppets when they sing, and throw their heads back with their mouths wide open.

Gotta love those puppy tongues! And gotta love Chanel smiles she is so beautiful you are a very lucky mama! looks like they had a wonderful day. It was really hot here today 95 degrees! Loved it!. All I did was sit on a chair and watch my pooches run around because that is all I could do after my injection today.

I had to Google 95 fahrenheit, because I follow celsius. It was not that hot
here, it was 20 C, so 68 fahrenheit. We still brought 4 water bottles and finished
them all between the two of us and the dogs. How are you feeling now?

Betty, it is not nice where I live. I live in a very dirty, stinky city. My building
is surrounded by 3 highways, we are trapped in a triangle. And all around are
mechanic shops and warehouses. It's not cute, believe me. There is a horse
race track that has been abandoned since 2009, this is where we often go
for our walks, it is large and gives us a chance to let the pups off leash.
We are lucky to have this area for now because there is nowhere else to
go except up the mountain, which is a good 2.5 hour walk just to get there,
and then another 2.5 hours to get home, so we do that mostly on weekends.

As for my camera, I bought it a while ago for 50$, it has fallen a million times
and barely works, only on one setting and I must hold the battery area shut
with my finger while taking each picture, because it is broken and does not
close, lol, it's a real pain in the bum, because after 2 pictures my thumb goes
numb. Oh yes and the name is "Nikon Coolpix L22". Here is a link so you could
see it...

I promise you it's junk, don't buy it. I get one ok picture out of about 50.
And the weird thing is, now that mine is broken it takes better pics than
when it was new! haha, go figure!

Have you tried to duct tape the battery compartment? Or as we call it around here "man tape!"
