i have 2 hoodies that are size XS and S so should be the right size for your girls. they arent heavy material though... they are a lightweight cotton.
did you see the pic of Luna in her blueberry hoodie . that is the one i have in size S and i have XS in the same hoodie only rasberry color .
they are just 3 dollars each plus shipping. i'll check on dresses and let you know... i may have something for your smaller girl , but not your bigger girl right now but will let you know
