As you all know I have been searching for a puppy for the longest time and kept hitting brick walls. Either the puppy wasn't the right sex or the right color or the right age. I wanted a chocolate puppy (which I still want eventually lol), which is what my bf promised me after Christmas. Well, today I got the surpirse of my life! My bf has NEVER surprised me before because he's afraid I'll be disapointed in his choice. Let me tell ya girls, he made a good one this time!
When he came home from work early (which never happens), he had a towel in his arms. I figured he had to put it on the seat because of the rain, but nope. He handed it to me and what should pop out?? A beautiful 8wk old male chihuahua!! Eeeee! He is sooooo cute!!! He's all white except for his little nose. We've decided to name him Boss Hogg...cause that's the first thing I thought of when I saw him, he looks like a little white piggie lol. He is soooo precious!! I could not stop kissin' on him!
He and Lina got along great. She sniffed him and kind of wanted to know what the deal was lol. She's good with him though, which doesn't surprise me at all considering she is the best dog I've ever been owned by
What I'm wanting to know is, for an 8wk old puppy would it be better to buy some puppy formula from petsmart and not give him puppy food (the person he got him from said that he's eating solid food but I can't see this little guy eating enough to fill him up). It's only 5pm right now so I could make a quick run to PetsMart to get him some formula if that's what I'm supposed to feed him.
Also, the person who has his mother is not the breeder, we're going to take him to the vet asap to make sure he is healthy and the age she claims. She has the mom and pups because the person who ownes them couldn't care for them anymore. My bf said that he knew he had to have him the minute he saw him (so he can no longer deny that he doesn't love the breed as much as me
Anyway- here are the pics. Forgive my clothes, I've been cleaning all day.

Checkin' stuff Out...
We put him in Lina's old bed (thank god I kept it).
When we got him out to fix his blanket and towel (so he could burrow), Lina took the opportunity to make herself at home lol.
