Default Question on flopping ear

Phish is 6 months old and up until now her ears always stood up.
Then three days ago her left ear started to flop over. I brought her into the Vet, thinking maybe it was an ear infection or something but her ears are good.

Is this common? Will that one little ear stand back up again? Not that's it's important. She's loved no matter what but I'm curious if anyone else has seen this happen before and if there's something I might be doing wrong to make it happen

Teething can make an ear drop. If that is the case, it will come back up! The teeth are taking so much calcium, the cartilage in the ears get weak.

Oooh! That makes allot of sense. Should I give her calcium supplement to help her out?

I wouldn't. Most 4-5 star foods have enough calcium for the pup.

Jazz did this. She started out with very floppy ears...and they were HUGE so I didn't think she'd ever hold them up. But at around 15 weeks one came up, and then the other one.....and then one went back down...and up....and down.....

As you can see from my profile pic, and a little bit from my siggy pic, they're both upright now, but I wasn't sure if they were ever going to both stand up at once, and actually STAY up, because they're so big and all. Also, just as an aside, I figured at some point she'd kinda grow into her ears because they were so big for her very tiny frame. And though they certainly got more proportional to the rest of her body, I don't feel like she ever did completely grow into them...they're still much bigger than Tango's. But they're cute, and I love her, so it doesn't matter one way or the other!

Yes! That's Phish's ears as well. They are so big. Way way out of proportion to her little head and body. As long as she's healthy and her ears are healthy too,(no infection or mites ect ect) I'm fine with it.
On a side note, her tail is extra long for her little body too.

Venus' ears flopped a bit til she was about a year old. I honestly got to the point where I didn't think they were actually going to stay up, but then one day they just did.
