Default Wysong, food rotation, alternative BARF & Raw diet

Wysong food was suggested to me when Merlot had his liver shunt. I have been looking into different foods and am reading some of the stuff they have on their website. They recommend rotating some of their dry and wet foods in a type of food rotation. They also have foods that are alternatives to BARF or Raw food diets. They claim that their food is better than innova, solid gold, etc...they have alot of the top premium foods listed in comparisons.

Is anyone here familar with their foods?

There website is http://www.wysong.net/page/WOTTPWS/CTGY/CD this link goes to the dog stuff they make other products too

I've heard of this food but don't really know much about it. It seems to be pretty good, or at least that's the impression I've had. I think I've noticed that some people use it on the dog.com forum, maybe go to that forum and do a search on the brand to find some posts that talk about it.

wysong is a GREAT food, however im not sure id rotate...
id stick with one type of dry food, then add wet for veriety...
if your going to go with a barf or raw diet id stick with just that and skip the dry kibble completly...
the food itself though is great!

Wysong is a great food. Although, I wouldn't necessarly say it is "better" then innova, etc... I would put it in the same class as those

I think rotation is a good idea. I do it myself. (although I do feed raw, but rotate kibble)

here is a good thread on dog.com about food rotation

I sent Wysong an e-mail and they mailed some samples to me. Merlot loves the Dream Treats and Anergen but won't touch the Synogon they sent. Maggie our other dog likes all of them (though there isn't much she won't eat). I don't mind the rotation idea cause we have to do that with Merlot anyway. If don't give him a different kind of kibble every few days he just stops eating. We have been switching between Royal Canin Chi. and the Anergen. He is gaining weight with this. Which is great.
