Default Do dogs get chapped lips/muzzle?

Hi everyone! I haven't been on in a while. Been busy! I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with their dogs getting chapped lips/muzzle. My big dog Boo's skin looks a little pink around her lips. She normally has a black muzzle, but now I can see a little pink skin. Is this serious? I plan on calling my vet tomorrow, but I wanted to ask here. She has been licking her lips a little more lately. Do they get chapped from the dry cold weather like us? I did recently switch to the Lamb & Rice formula of Nutro, but I think she has had lamb before. Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Hmm.. well here in Florida with the constant changes in day to day weather, JoJo is suffering from some dry skin patches.. so I wouldn't rule 'chapped' lips out.. Hope Boo gets better!
