Default Addiction Raw Dehydrated... help!

I've finally found a food my 1.5 yr old Chi will eat, hallelujah! She loves the Addiction Raw Dehydrated but I haven't the slightest idea of how much to feed her. Addiction's website says to feed 1/2 to 1 cup for dogs under 22 lbs. My Chi is just under 3!

I don't feel safe going off of her appetite as it literally changes every day & I want to make sure I'm encouraging her to eat more if she is not consuming enough. I also mix in a small portion of fresh chicken, ground turkey etc.

Has anyone else had experience with Addiction Raw that can shed some light on a general guideline to follow?

I haven't used that particular brand of dehydrated raw but am familiar with Wysong Archetype and Stella and Chewy's, which are similar. Brody eats them when traveling or if I need a quick meal and since it is ultra concentrated I only feed a few bites. I haven't weighed it out to give you the exact amount but probably the size of 3 dice?

1/2 to one cup sounds like a huge amount to me.

Since you are using it as a supplement with the other ingredients, chicken, etc. then I would start with a very small amount and then increase it if she seems super hungry or you can start to see ribs. Go by what she looks/feels like. You should be able to feel her ribs with a slight padding over them. Backbone and ribs should not be prominent. Energy should be high.
