Question Outside too early?

I know it might be early but do you guys think it will be okay for me to take Mango out for a walk in her stroller? She is 10 weeks old and she has only had her 1st set of vaccinations and is due for her 2nd set on Dec 5th. I feel like Iím cooping her up in our room and I would like to take her outside but only in her stroller.
Is it still not safe even though she will be in her stroller the whole time? What do you guys think?

Hi I would think that would be fine. Just don't let her on the ground where she could pick-up some germs from other wondering animals. Or let any other dog come up to the stroller and get to close. But other than that take her out for some fresh air.

I went thru the same worrys with Dahlia.
Distemper is air borne and my vet said not to
take her ANYWHERE there might be other dogs.
I respected it even though it delayed her
socialization skills.I get her out now whenever I can.
she is doing just fine I think.

AW I guess I can't take her out then if distemper is airborne! I did not know that. There are several dogs on our street. There's a family across the street with 15 chihuahuas lol. They've been there since I was a teen so they're all senior dogs, but they're not indoor chi's, they live outside in a gated yard.

I bought her a super cute stroller and I wanted to take it out, but for her sake I can wait a couple months more!

Thank you

We dont have a high incidence of doggy diseases here so I took all of mine out even before their first vaccination!
Hannah was 6weeks old and tucked into a bag enjoying our walks. I really noticed the difference when I started walking them properly too.
All 3 were unphased by heavy traffic, passers by and general noise.

Same here, i will be doing that too when Darla comes home.
Daisy is 3 so she can walk along no probs.
I think it is good for socialising them early.
I did it with pups i had before too.
I just make sure they dont come in contact with any dogs and dont touch the ground.

I think it very much depends on your country and area. I took Meoqui out in my arms from just after 8 weeks when I got her to get her used to sights, sounds and smells. She was less than a pound at 8wks and she'd go in my pocket and love it.
Always take advice from your vet. They know the area you live in and don't forget it isn't only pets that carry things. It's often wild animals that can be the problem due to the fact they are not vaccinated against a thing. Surprisingly a back garden that no dog has been in can carry more things due to wildlife, than a tarmac path that dogs walk on.
