Cookie started doing this in old age and it drove me mad so he is not allowed to sleep on my bed anymore.

All I can think of is crating him at night so he can't get in your bed. You can also get get off sprays to stop them going where you spray it but they stink.

I sympathise with you I really do. I know what it's like to get in bed and realise there's bloody pee on it. I used to get so annoyed getting up and stripping all the covers off.

Well, I just noticed he did again. I had to run to the store for my MIL, but Jer was downstairs with the dogs. He didn't have an accident yesterday, and nothing today until now (about 7:30pm). Jared said he thinks that because Jack has done it so much now, even tho we give him a firm 'no' and made him sleep on the the floor whenever he peed on the bed that he's just done it so many times now that he thinks it's ok. I don't know what to think. He only does it when we're not paying attention.

If I spray and srcub the mattress with vinegar will the smell of it go away, and get get rid of a smell that may be attracting Jack to pee on the mattress? I've been using odor eliminating sprays and cleaners to wash it, but I'm wondering if vinegar will work better, but go away so we're not having to smell it when we're trying to go to sleep

Once they've been going in a certain place you really gotta get that smell out or he'll keep going back there. I bought all new bedding when Cookie did it because he just kept doing it after that. Then I made him sleep in his bed on the floor.

Also you can actually get waterproof bedding. You can get waterproof matress protectors. They are very good and have a terry towling coating so they're comfortable.

Can't you shut your bedroom door so he can't get in there? Is there any way of making your bed higher so he can't get on it? I have an extra matress topper on my bed so that makes it higher.

I know it's not a solution yet but myabe you could get a waterproof matress protector and leave your blankets folded up away and only take them out and put them on your bed when you go to sleep at night.

We can't lock him out of our room because there's no where else for him to sleep outside of our room. We live with Jareds family. And if Jack isnt with us he screams loud enough to hear it outside.
I had bought all new bedding after I thought he was done with these accidents, but now he started up again, and it's just like 2 or 3 times a day I have to strip everything down and wash it. I'm thinking I'm just going to have to deal with it because Jer won't really help me out with this, and my options are limited with no money and living with my in-laws.
I really appreciate all your ideas tho, I'll keep brainstorming today and see what I can figure out.
