Many people like to use this weight chart as an estimate....

http://www.ahkennel.net/weightchart.htm

Some feel like it is not real accurate though and usually the pups end up weighing more than what the chart says. A better estimate is to look at the weight of the mom and dad and grandparents and to know your lines.

By the time the puppy is 12 weeks, you can double it and add a pound. That gets it very close to adult weight. I have also heard you can triple the 8 week weight.

Of course all these are just guesses. Sometimes teensy puppies grow up to be larger than the parents, etc.

Emma-
I would give people the chart that Tracy linked to and tell them the weights of the parents, as well as their birth weights. My breeder knew her lines and from experience gave me her estimate...at different times is was not the same as the chart--however now coming to 2 years she was spot on !! With experience you will be able to give good estimates of adult weight--I think that comes with time. For now I'd use the chart and go by the parents. Do you know the weights/sizes of the dogs in the pedigrees. Sometimes that is good to use too.

wow those pups are four weeks !!
