Default General Advice

I still haven't mastered enlarging the photos on photobucket

Ollie was born on 26th October 2009 which makes him 19 weeks n 2 days and yesterday he weighed 1.7kg. Is this a good weight for him, i don't know how much he weighed at birth without speaking to the breeder.

If i was able to upload some decent pictures is there anyone on here that would be able to tell me if he is a good breed standard for shows and even studding?? Obviously to me i think he is but i'm going to say that because he is my baby ha ha. Is this something that can be seen by just pics?

In the long run i am hoping to get a bitch and breed them, this is something that has always interested me, so i am trying to collect as my knowledge before starting out. I was meant to be buying a bitch but came across Ollie and i just couldnt resist him and he was cheap! I grew up with bitches so having a 'dog' is new to me and with him 'humping' already is somewhat amazing lol is this normal? Maybeit is more of a comfort thing

Thanks all in advance

Here is a good article on breeding, it can apply to studding out as well. I hope it can help you make a decission.

It would be best if you could find a reputable breeder in your area to mentor you. If you could get some stacked shots of your pup and post them then maybe some can help here but you have to not wear your feelings on your sleeves and listen to the good and the bad
