I've been sick a lot since I've had her and just haven't gotten around to spaying her yetl I'm also trying to decide which doctor to use.

I saw a little blood on my quilt the other day and thought that might be the beginning. She licks her little thingy a lot but I haven't seen blood. Since I think she may have already began (is it begun or began?) what should I expect. I'm afraid she'll get blood all over everything. She sleeps with me (always has to be touching me from under the covers). She's the absolutely sweetest dog there could ever be. She has the prettiest face. (I guess it's OK to brag about her a little bit.

Yea, it's okay to "brag"... LOL... I think we all do. LOL
Being such a small breed, she shouldn't get too much blood on
things enough to worry about.
I would get her spayed soon as I could thou. Vets, etc.. claim with
every heat cycle, there risk for cancer increases.
I had a little female once and she was prob. four before I finially got
her spayed and she already had developed pre cancer in her female parts.
The vets sured they removed it all but in the back of my mind I always
wondered if it would return and always wished I had gotten her fixed at a
younger age to tryed to prevent it. You will be glad when it is done. :)
Blessings.
