Default Bath products?

When I first adopted Oscar he was shedding all over the place and had been stuck in a room with a bunch of other dogs. I bought a bath "kit" from the pet store he was adopted from..( I realize pet stores have no business "adopting" out dogs, especially ones who have travelled all the way from Vegas to bc, have been neglected and abused, and then are stuck in a room with 5 bigger dogs and are not let out until they are adopted) oh and they charge a $400 "donation" aaaaarrrgh! My poor little man was terrified, not getting access to food, and was forced to live with his own excrement. Petceteta has a lot to answer for. Ok more on topic, I gave him a bath right after I brought him home but now that I know more I would love some healthy, natural shampoo recommendations. Sorry for the long post (rant).

You guys are the best,
Mandie

I use a brand of shampoo called Petzlife. I use the oatmeal kind and it does wonders for my dog's dry skin. I believe it's even safe for humans too lol. I also use their teeth gel. Pet Shampoos and Conditioners - Natural Pet Products, Dog Dental Care - PetzLife

Food can also contribute to the condition of their coat.

I love earthbath. 100% natural. I use the "tearless" puppy kind.

Petzlife products are hardly found in stores. I've seen it in very few vets and one or two small family owned pet stores. I usually just order it online.

Earthbath products are usually pretty easy to find in most local family owned pet stores. It is also available at most big chain pet stores like Petco.

We use mostly happy tails by us, they're products are all natural and smell really good! I highly recommend the beads and bubbles shampoo/conditioner all in one. It's one of my favorites. We also use Pure Paws but that's a lot harder to find.
