Default Applaws??

Anyone heard of Applaws natural complete dry dog food? It says it is grain free and the first 75% of ingredients is chicken, it's also no more expensive than wat I'm feeding now. Do u think it's good or am I missing something?

I've bought Applaws - only thing is their smallest kibble is still very large - my two chis run off with a piece at a time and take it to their beds to eat, just like a treat. So I gave it to my bigger 14lb dog and he was well able to eat it.

Totally aggree to what Jane said. I bought it and it seems quite good (I think the best food you can get in normal UK shops without ordering) but the kibble is quite big. If it was just big in size it was fine but it's actually chunky which makes it really hard. Rocky usually takes 1 in his mouth and spits it out again, so it gets softer and will only then eat it.

I will buy it again if I should run out of food and forgot to reorder but otherwise will prefer other kibble simply because of the size.

OK cool, I'd never heard of it before today, but it looks good to me. Just read some reviews and they say the only bad thing about it is the potato starch, but other than that it's a very good dog food.
Ye I suspected that as the bag says for small to medium breeds and has a springer spaniel pictured, so I was thinking the kibbles aren't gonna be too small!
Might give it a try tho

NOW kibble is VERY small and is grain free. Made in Canada and is a 5 star food. I use it, and the chi's love it.

I feed Lily's kitchen (the whole range) They make two 'grain free' dry foods and make grain free tin foods to.
