Unhappy Should I Be Worried??

First, I'll apologize for not being around lately, life has been extremely busy.

Bailey turned one at the end of August, had her first season and is being spayed in the AM. We had her pre spay blood work done yesterday and the vet called me early today and said that "Although I don't believe it is anything to be concerned about, her liver enzymes and kidney enzymes were SLIGHLY elevated. This could be caused by being dehydrated and the liver enzymes MAY be a liver shunt, but probably not because we would notice something" Now although he said only slightly and he wasn't concerned, I am freaking out. Has anyone experienced this? They are doing a urine test while she is under tomorrow but I am worried sick that something is seriously wrong with my baby. Any advice?

I wish I had some advice, but I will be spending her prayers for a safe spay.

Thank you very much. I am confident the spay will go okay, I am just worried about the blood test

It actually went great!! She is such a trooper and besides not liking her shirt to cover the incision you wouldn't know anything happened. They also tested her urine to see if the elevation was cause for concern and it came back 100% perfect. Thanks for asking LS glad to see you around
