Default Looking to adopt in Minneapolis MN

I'm looking to adopt a female chi ideally a young one about 6mo.-2years. Around the weight of 6-9lbs too. Looking for more of a "pure breed" though a mix is fine too.

I currently have one chi already and she would love a play sister I havn't had my chi fixed and she just turned 3 a little bit ago so I am debating on doing that this fall. Not sure this thread will be successful but it's worth a shot.

I am kinda nervous about adopting a 2nd chi though when I got Vida I was also nervous then too. I would prefer her be fixed already but will work with a chi that has potential to fit wonderfully into our home

If I were you, I'd have my first chi spayed before you adopted another. Good for you for adopting.

Some rescues won't allow adoptions with non-spayed pups in the house.
I know the one I work with won't even consider it until all are altered in the house.

Where are you located. I know a breeder who also has a small scale rescue. She frequently has close to pure bred pups, sometimes larger. The location is SC.
