Default Reese Cup locked up?

Our dog Reese Cup was locked up in a car since he was one to two months old. We brought him home after his "owner" said we could keep him. That pup was raised to poo, pee and eat in that car with very little human interaction.

He is slowly learning how to go potty outside. Still barks and growls at all strangers. He just recently got use to our room mates' brother. We have had Reese for a month and so far he yips very loudly and wags his little tail and barks (or pees) excitedly when any of us come home.

His previous owner we believe also beat him up or mistreated him more than just keeping him in the car all the time. I wish there was more proof for animal abuse to arrest that guy.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Try to forget what this poor puppy went through. Look at it this way. It's over. Now focus on the present. Dog's live pretty much in the present!

You are such a wonderful person for rescuing your Angel from that horrible abuse. I think someone should beat his prior owner and lock him in a car. Prayers and thoughts being sent. xxx

I know your pup has much better days ahead thanks to you. That is the only thing that keeps me from wanting to lock the original owner in a car for a couple months and see how they like it!!!!!!
