Personally I think that if you are raising pups to be dogs for a purpose like therapy dogs or show dogs (or even pets in my opinion) then siblings are difficult. They should be separated and have their own crates as well as their own training time, play time, walk time, etc each day. You want them to learn to work with you and for you to be the most important thing in their universe and with siblings that is not going to happen if you allow them to stay together. That is one of the reasons a lot of breeders (myself included) will not allow anyone to purchase more than one puppy, it's just super hard to raise two, well adjusted puppies.
I forgot to add that I would separate them at night and any time they are crated or penned as well as for their training and some interacting with you. They can have some play time together but not all day.
