Default help please - house training

I need some help helping to get jet 100% trained. He is nearly there. I just don't know how to take it forward. If I take him outside he will go and goes outside most of the time. At night in his crate he doesn't wee or anything. but I can be just standing in the kitchen and he will just random ally decided to wee..for no reason? why does he does this and how do I stop it. I work 9-5. but when I am at home I take him out every 3-4 hours sometimes longer depends if we have just been for a walk or if he has just been fed.

When you see him have to go or start to go, grab him up saying NO and carrying him outside to go.

Are you cleaning up has accidents with a cleaner designed to fully remove doggy odors? He will be attracted to go again in a similar spot if he still smells urine. Dogs have a HUGE sense of smell too, far more sensitive than humans. Make sure to clean up really well.

One thing to consider, he could have a bladder or kidney infection, my 8 year old Fox Terrier did that and she had a bladder infection. Might need to take him to the vet.

Maybe take him out more often when you're home until he gets the hang of going outside? I even did that with Ocean (who is almost 6), the first few days she was with us I took her out every 1.5 to 2 hours so she could adjust to going outside at a new home.

Honey is nearly 1 and a half. She can hold her bladder etc no problem when I am out, there's never any accidents in the house, or she will use the emergency pee pad if desperate. I take her out quite a lot when home, but with her, it's like if she needs to go, she NEEDS to go. She can't wait till the next time she goes out, it's like eeeek I must go now mom!

How do I get him tested for this?
